For the provision of more youth facilities in the town (10-18 year olds) and to encourage young people to get involved in more fulfilling activities.
Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
JDRF is the only charitable organisation in the world with the primary objective of finding the cure for type 1 diabetes and its complications. Type 1 diabetes is a chronic, life threatening condition which has a life long impact on those diagnosed and their families. The condition affects around 350,000 people in the UK, 25,000 of them are children. People with type 1 diabetes rely on multiple insulin injections every day just to stay alive, until we find the cure. Please join us in finding the cure.
